What does 'Unlimited Design' mean?

It's important to clarify that although it may seem like a magical service, it doesn't guarantee that all your requests will be completed immediately. However, the term "unlimited" truly means that there are no restrictions on the number of requests you can make. We are committed to working on your design requests every business day, and if we don't meet your expectations initially, don't worry. You have the freedom to request revisions as many times as needed. To make the most of your subscription, we recommend keeping your request queue full. Once you become a subscriber, you can add as many design requests as you desire to your queue, and we will deliver them one by one.

Why wouldn't I simply employ a designer on a full-time basis?

Firstly, the cost of hiring a full-time senior-level designer is exorbitant, with an annual salary exceeding $100,000, not to mention the additional expenses of benefits. Moreover, finding a qualified designer who is actually available can be a daunting task. On top of that, you may not always have a consistent workload to keep them occupied, resulting in wasted money on their idle time.

How long will it take to receive my designs?

Typically, we wrap up most requests within three days or less. But do keep in mind that trickier requests may need some extra time to nail down.

What info should I provide when making design requests?

Tell us what kind of design you're looking for. Choose your brand preferences. Include any necessary assets, images, or text. It's also a good idea to create a Brand Profile with your brand elements like logos, colors, fonts, and pictures. If you don't have these, do not worry - we can help you create them!

How do I request designs?

We use trello. You can add documents, videos, and images via trello to explain your project.

What programs do you design in?

We design in Figma and Photoshop. Occasionally we use Illustrator and Canva for print design. We do not use other programs.

Do you offer refunds?

No. we do not offer refunds. The work we deliver is high quality and you have unlimited revisions.

Who is behind Konceptuals?

Konceptuals is a one-person agency run by myself, Ryan!
I have over 16 years experience in Print and Web Design, with a background in direct response, CRO and UI/UX Design. I am located in Australia and do not contract out my work.
